What I see is blatant misuse of state funding by MCDHH leading State legislators to call for accountability. I urge all of us to express gratitude for what the State has given and state acting responsibly. Everyone is talking about the VRS scandal. There's much more going on and the State is starting to wise up to deaf people's sense of entitlements. I disagree with you.
