As a part of Governor Patrick’s recommendations, MCDHH’s budget would drop by 8.2 percent and you may find his recommendation at http://www.mass.gov/bb/h1/fy11h1/brec_11/dpt_11/hlmcd.htm I will share my analysis with you on the cost impact of the recommendation as soon as I gather all information from all different sources.
